1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Luumtech CRM services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

Luumtech provides a cloud-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform that enables businesses to manage invoices, projects, leads, customer support, and more. The service is offered on a subscription basis with different tiers as described on our pricing page.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding the password you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password. We encourage you to use strong passwords with a combination of upper and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security.

4. Subscription & Payments

Some parts of the service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. A one-time setup fee is charged upon account creation as indicated in the chosen plan. Subscription fees are non-refundable.

5. Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period. After that period, your account will be deactivated and data may be deleted after 30 days.

6. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your data. Luumtech does not claim ownership of any content you upload, create, or manage within the platform. You can export your data at any time through the platform's export tools.

7. Service Level Agreement

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for all paid plans. In the event of planned maintenance, we will provide at least 24 hours advance notice. Unplanned outages will be communicated as quickly as possible. Enterprise plan customers may negotiate custom SLAs.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Luumtech, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of İstanbul, Turkey.
